Job Description
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of factory information systems, including but not limited to ERP, MRP, production management, warehouse management, quality inspection, and traceability systems.
• Manage the full system implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution confirmation, testing, go-live, and user training. Translate business requirements into clear system specifications or implementation plans, and coordinate with headquarters and/or external vendors.
• Provide daily system support for factory operations, handle system exceptions, data issues, and process inefficiencies, and continuously optimize system workflows to improve data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Support business teams in generating operational, production, quality, and inventory reports. Understand data sources and definitions, and perform data analysis to support decision-making.
