The team is looking for an IT software developer/Product Support with 7-15 years of overall experience, a tech-savvy individual who will support a total of 3 products listed below.
* Products that are being used: Rally, Jira, and ConnectALL, which is a product of Broadcom.
* Not looking for support professionals who have just incident, problem, or change management experience.
* Python or Java is required (preferably Python, less Java, but it will be an asset to have both).
* They have Linux On-prem and are moving Rally to Jira Cloud.
Experienced (mid-level to senior level) who can efficiently manage Python scripting, Java and ideally having worked with REST API's. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in writing code, scripting, integration workflow automation, data synchronization between Jira and Rally via API integration.
