Contexte : The Software Asset Coordinator provide support to the SAM (Software Asset Manager) and coordination of Software Asset Management life cycle; coordination of Software Asset Management processes, software requests, license pooling/checks, deployment, and retirement. The IT Software Asset Coordinator input large volumes of software entitlement and deployment data into SAM Module of ServiceNow, to record and optimize license usage based on key license drivers (headcount, volume, other metrics). The Software Asset Coordinator maintain a direct contact with end-users to answer specific requests (Watson ticketing platform/Phone/e-mails) and coordinates effective license positions for various software publishers.
