Job Description

As a Snr Manager you will lead DevOps teams dealing with complex IT infrastructure in a secure environment that enables cloud operations. You’ll define technical strategy, manage execution, and grow high-performing engineering talent. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent leadership and organizational skills, driving alignment across cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leadership & Strategy Define and communicate a clear technical vision and roadmap that aligns with organizational goals. Partner with product management, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize and deliver on key business objectives. Lead planning and execution across multiple teams, balancing near-term deliverables with long-term strategic investments. Establish metrics and KPIs to measure engineering productivity, product quality, and delivery performance.
