IT Support Technician (L1)
The IT Support Technician (L1) supports the efficient day‑to‑day operations of the IT department by managing tasks such as computer setups, desk moves, and hardware inventory maintenance. Additionally, the Technician provides support to corporate employees who are experiencing hardware, software, or network connectivity issues.
