This individual will serve as the primary on-site IT contact, delivering exceptional end-user support while ensuring reliable operation of workplace technology, local infrastructure, and IT services. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional with strong troubleshooting abilities, experience supporting Windows-based environments, and a customer-first mindset. This role requires the ability to work independently, proactively identify issues, and collaborate effectively with regional and global IT teams.
