Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality IT support for the Strzelce site while acting as the local IT coordinator, ensuring reliable and secure IT services, supporting business continuity, contributing to IT projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business and IT objectives.
Your responsibilities will be
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests via the ITSM system, providing regular updates to users
- Deliver first-line IT support and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
- Maintain clear documentation, including knowledge base articles and user-friendly self-help materials
