Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily IT operations and support services
  • Ensure systems are running smoothly with minimal downtime
  • Handle incidents, problems, and changes (ITIL process)
  • Lead and support IT teams (L1/L2/L3)
  • Work with stakeholders and vendors
  • Monitor service performance and improve efficiency


Requirements

  • 8+ years of IT experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Experience with tools like ServiceNow or Jira
  • Basic understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Good communication and leadership skills


Nice to Have

  • ITIL Certification
  • Experience in Agile/DevOps
