Job Description

Responsibilities: Provide IT services and technical support to users to meet business requirements. Plan, deliver, and support major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages. Manage and resolve IT support issues efficiently and within defined service levels. Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and security systems for the company and projects. Analyze hardware and software issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions; escalate issues beyond scope when necessary. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to deliver assigned projects and tasks. Maintain, review, and update IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
