Our client is looking for hiring an IT Service Officer / Senior Officer will manage, optimize, and support ITSM platforms to enhance IT service delivery and reporting. Key Responsibilities Configure and optimize ITSM workflows Support incident, problem, change & service request processes Build dashboards and management reports Implement automation within ITSM tools Ensure SLA configurations and escalation paths Manage integrations with enterprise systems Maintain system upgrades and data integrity Train users and create documentation Requirements 24 years (Officer) / 46 years (Senior Officer) experience in ITSM / IT Operations Experience with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira, etc. Strong data analysis and reporting skills Knowledge of ITIL framework Skills ITSM configuration Process automation Data reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) SQL (plus) Analytical mindset
