ServiceNow CSM Technical Lead will lead the technical design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, team leadership, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow implementations while following platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Delivery

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of ServiceNow CSM implementations.
Translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs and configurations.
