Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure customer satisfaction by analysing questions/complaints and preventing future issues;

  • Coordinate with close teams for the development and optimization of the service;

  • Client follow-up meetings with the necessary information;

  • Coordinate with product areas to ensure alignment of the service, including the definition of requirements, reporting, applicability of the appropriate business model, and follow-up until production deployment;

  • Define necessary service reporting, ensure update needs, and monitor daily service KPIs.

Requirements:


  • Degree in Computer Science, Management or similar;

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Management or similar functions;
