About The Role

Practice Plus Group is the UK’s leading independent provider of NHS services to patient in Secure Environments – prisons, immigration removal centres (IRCs) and non-custodial services, and Integrated Urgent Care - NHS 111, Out-of-Hours (OOH) and Clinical Assessment Centres (CAS).

We are recruiting for a It Service Management Coordinator to support the wider IT team. This role is a newly created role to support the needs of the business. The ITSM Coordinator leads core IT Service Management Practices including Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Records Management, and Project Management—while ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 20000 and providing procurement support for IT services. The role will drive stability, governance, and continuous improvement enabling reliable delivery aligned to business outcomes. Hours Monday - Friday
