Looking for a short, sharp contract that you can slot in easily? We’re seeking a capable Level 1–2 Service Desk / Desktop Support professional to step in and support a busy end-user environment for just one week.

This is ideal for contractors who are:

🔧 The Role You’ll provide hands-on Level 1–2 support across a modern Microsoft environment, handling a mix of:

  • Service Desk enquiries via Jira, Teams, email and phone
  • Remote support using TeamViewer
  • Onsite desk-side support when required at Dutton Park or Coopers ...
