We're seeking: The person customers are relieved to speak to when something's gone wrong.



  1. Do you enjoy troubleshooting, solving IT/Software issues?

  2. Can you listen carefully to customer incoming phone calls, and explain your technical fix in a simply way?

  3. Do you want to work closely with the software developers & commercial teams to keep customers informed?

  4. And can you triage, and manage JIRA tickets efficiently?
