We are hiring for an IT Service Desk Analyst (Japanese) for a client based in BGC Taguig.

This is a Hybrid work following a Rotating Shift schedule.

Salary is up to ₱160,000.00 based on experience.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Service Desk / IT Support Experience in an SLA Environment
  • Strong Customer Service & Communication Skills
  • Proficiency with ITSM Tools & Core Troubleshooting
  • Japanese Language Fluency
