The IT Service Coordinator is a senior administrator who works closely with the Service Delivery team, ensuring adherence to processes within the client environment and maintaining a high degree of client satisfaction across all assignments. The role also coordinates general administrative tasks and interfaces with external stakeholders and/or clients. The IT Service Coordinator demonstrates an understanding of the Service Delivery environment and stakeholder interests.
