Job Description

  • Lead and manage serialization and Track-and-Trace activities in alignment with international regulatory requirements. including but not limited to DSCSA-HDA, DGFT, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Unicef..
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for serialization-related queries from the Supply Chain team and coordinate with plant teams for investigation and resolution.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with all regulatory authorities and government bodies at regular intervals & as & when the queries come.
  • Apply knowledge of GTIN allocation rules as per GS1 standards on a country-specific basis.
  • Proficient in Track-and-Trace platforms such as TraceLink, AslBelgisi, ISMet, 1World sync; experience with other systems is advantageous.
  • Interpret, implement, and execute updates and guidelines issued by government bodies and regulatory authorities.
