IT Senior Supervisor

Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot factory systems, including SAP, MES, WMS, and other manufacturing applications.
• Monitor the daily operation of factory IT systems to ensure business continuity and minimize operational disruptions.
• Coordinate with internal users, HQ teams, third-party factories, and vendors to resolve system issues and support IT projects.
• Support system integration, implementation, testing, and go-live activities for factory-related applications.
• Provide end-user support, training, documentation, and continuous improvement recommendations for factory IT systems.
