IT Senior Network Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer is focused on providing onsite and remote support on all wired and wireless networking, telephony, and firewall operations for the entire organization. In addition, this highly skilled individual will assist in the maintenance of our Windows Server infrastructure with the aim of providing a stable environment and maximizing the availability of IT systems.

This position acts as the primary network security and firewall subject‑matter expert, with deep hands‑on responsibility for FortiGate, FortiManager, and Sophos firewall platforms. Serving as a technical escalation point and trusted partner for external vendors, the role collaborates closely with other IT Infrastructure team members to lead and support system and network related escalations, requests, and projects.
