Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Second Line Support to join our international support team. This role focuses on handling escalations from our First Line Support team and working on more advanced technical issues, as well as contributing to longer-term technical projects based on your expertise.

You will be working in a collaborative, multicultural environment with team members primarily located across Europe and Southeast Asia.
