  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and qualify potential clients within target markets.
Develop a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through networking, initial outreach, and other channels.
  • Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored Contact Center Solutions that address their business challenges.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos:
Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to highlight our CX Solutions offerings.
Work closely with technical teams to deliver customized technical explanations to prospects  and customers.
  • Proposal and Quotation Management:
Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing.
