Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Proactively generate and book qualified sales meetings with decision-makers through outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
- Achieve monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified opportunities generated.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities aligned with the company's BPO, IT, and digital transformation services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for corporate clients, SMEs, and multinational organizations.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, tailor pitches, and identify high-potential leads.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach and lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Achieve monthly KPIs for lead generation, meetings booked, and closed deals.
- Keep all client interactions and pipeline activities up to date in the CRM system.
