Key Responsibilities

Campaign Preparation

• Define scope, objectives, stakeholders, and application perimeter, including target setting.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, non-applicable items, and assess overall complexity and effort.
• Establish the cybersecurity control matrix, required evidence, and validation criteria.
• Lead workshops with SRM teams and providers to clarify expectations, formalize requirements, and ensure alignment on deliverables.

Campaign Steering

• Contribute to and maintain the implementation roadmap (tasks, milestones, deadlines).
• Monitor stakeholder progress and proactively flag deviations.
• Organize and lead regular follow-up meetings and ad hoc checkpoints.
• Challenge teams when necessary and escalate risks or blockers in a timely manner.
