IT Resource Manager

This role is responsible for balancing the scales between project demands and team capacity, ensuring that every developer, tester, and analyst is positioned where they can provide the most value without burning out.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Allocation: Mapping the specific technical skills of developers and testers to project requirements to ensure the right people are on the right tasks.
• Capacity & Demand Forecasting: Analyzing the 2026 pipeline to predict bottleneck periods before they happen, allowing for proactive hiring or shifting of deadlines.
• Objective Score Management: Serving as the custodian of the department's performance data. They will manage and calibrate individual scores for all team members (BAs, Testers, Devs) to ensure that KPI monitoring remains strictly data-driven and free from departmental bias.
