Release and Deployment Coordinator

The Release and Deployment Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing software and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) releases and deployments within the IT Solutions pipeline from development to production. This role ensures releases are delivered on time and with quality while preventing unplanned service disruptions for Business Operations, in alignment with security and operational standards – particularly ITIL Change Management norms. The coordinator acts as a pivot between development, testing, automation, infrastructure, security teams and business stakeholders.

This role requires natural leadership, analytical and troubleshooting skills, and strong personal organization to drive complex projects efficiently, along with the ability to discuss technical, functional and business matters with stakeholders.
