Purpose of the Position

The Recruiters are primarily responsible for overseeing the requirements from the business and souring the new candidates. Recruiters should have an understanding on all levels of the full-life cycle of recruitment and takes full accountability of the requirements.

Principal Responsibilities

• The Recruiter collaborates with senior recruiting management in designing and driving recruitment strategies, processes, and programs that will attract and acquire talent in the market all the while ensuring their alignment with industry best practices.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
