About the Role
We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters with prior exposure to international markets including US, Canada, UK, Australia, APAC, India, and Mexico .
While candidates must have experience working across these regions, this role will focus exclusively on US IT Recruitment .

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles
Source candidates through Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
Negotiate pay rates and close positions within deadlines
