Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and data professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, tech leads, and department heads to understand technical requirements and timelines.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
