Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven IT Recruiter with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end technology hiring. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions across various skill areas while working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capability, stakeholder management skills, and consistent delivery track record.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle IT recruitment: requirement understanding to offer rollout and onboarding follow-up
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations
