Job Description

Job Summary: As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for technical positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we attract and retain the best IT talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling and providing feedback to candidates.
