Job Description
The IT Projects Coordinator will manage and support the delivery of multiple IT projects across various business units within the Ghobash Group. The role focuses on tracking and reporting on system implementations, upgrades, data migrations and process automation across the Group ensuring seamless collaboration between internal departments and external stakeholders. The coordinator will apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimize project timelines, manage risks and enhance operational efficiencies.
IT Project Management and Delivery
- Oversee the planning, execution and closure of IT projects ensuring alignment with the Group's strategic IT objectives.
- Develop project charters, timelines, resource allocation plans and risk management strategies for each assigned project.
- Lead the execution of systems integration, digital transformation and data migration initiatives ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
