Job Summary


The IT Projects and Operations Coordinator is responsible for monitoring IT projects, overseeing ticketing and job order systems, improving documentation and policies, and serving as a liaison between the IT department and other hospital units. This role supports the IT Manager in ensuring efficient operations, timely project execution, and clear reporting for management and leadership.


Qualifications


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

  • Preferably with experience in project coordination or administrative support in a technical or IT environment

Technical Skills
