Joint project responsibility together with the Business PM and Subject Matter ExpertsPlan and coordinate all project phases, work packages, and stakeholder alignmentEnd-to-end PM tasks: timeline, work plan, risks, issues, budget, testing, cutoverEnsure compliance with S/4HANA AGORA guidelines and IT infrastructure requirementsCoordinate external partners and consultantsFollow the Energy methodology, including Quality Gates and regular reportingPrepare and facilitate Steering Committee meetings
