About the Role

The Project Manager owns the end‑to‑end execution of customer installs, porting cycles, cutovers, and deployment readiness. This role works cross‑functionally with Customer Success, Purchasing, Engineering, Network/Voice teams, and external vendors/carriers to ensure smooth, predictable service delivery.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Installation & Cutover Coordination

  2. Lead recurring Cut Meetings and publish install calendars.

  3. Prepare cutover plans, freeze periods, and go/no‑go validation steps.

  4. Coordinate day‑of deployment communications and readiness checks.

  5. Porting & Number Management

  6. Manage full porting lifecycle, including partial ports and multi‑site sequencing.

  7. Confirm LOAs and billing copies are complete before port submission.

  8. Coordinate port dates with Customer Success and clients.
