Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a Payroll HRMS system. This role is delivery-critical, with a targeted go-live in September/October 2026.
The Project Manager will drive payroll-specific requirement validation, vendor coordination, UAT execution, and cutover planning to ensure zero payroll disruption during transition. The engagement follows a structured Waterfall delivery model and requires strong governance discipline and onsite stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead full lifecycle implementation of a Payroll HRMS system under a Waterfall methodology
• Drive detailed payroll requirement gathering, including statutory calculations, country-specific rules, and exception scenarios
• Manage configuration and validation of payroll logic (e.g., MY vs SG calculations where applicable)
• Coordinate delivery with smaller / niche payroll vendors and ensure adherence to timelines and contractual...
