Job Description
The IT Project Manager acts as the primary liaison between the assigned business unit and the Central IT team. The role is responsible for leading projects through all project management lifecycle phases—while ensuring transparency, risk mitigation, and quality delivery. This position also involves oversight of designated IT solution sets and close collaboration with the IT Solution Delivery and the IT Steering Committee to secure necessary approvals and support. It is important that the candidate has vast experience in Project Management, familiarity with project‑related risk and issue management, change management, and requirement analysis. Must have domain expertise on one or more of B2B / B2C Systems & Solutions, E‑commerce Solutions, Human Capital Management, ERP and Digital Marketing.
