Position Summary

Royal Caribbean Group (RCG) is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager who will be responsible for the management and delivery of large Information Security (cyber) projects/programs within RCG’s Global Enterprise Technology (GET) department, ensuring consistency of processes across the various tracks. This role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of strategic information security programs that reduce enterprise risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen RCG’s cyber resilience across corporate, shipboard, and shoreside environments.

You will act as the orchestrator across technology, security, operations, finance, and vendors, ensuring security programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business priorities.
