IT Project Manager

Responsible for the end-to-end eliciting, articulating, and analyzing business requirements of a technology project, including providing recommendations for process improvements. Additionally, assist the project owner in clearly defining the project business benefits.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in IT or a related field and 3 years experience as IT Business Analyst handling medium-scale IT projects.
• Successfully and consistently delivered quality business analyst outputs (BRDs, BPAs, FR, etc.) for at least 4 small to medium-scale IT projects (around 3-6 months).
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least two functional domains (e.g., Finance, HCM, Supply Chain, EAM, Billing, etc.) and engaged diverse stakeholders. Independently applies skills and judgment within guidelines to complete assignments.
• Having Leadership Experience is an advantage.
