IT Project Manager & Functional Lead (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

ABOUT THE ROLE

KPMG’s Digital Transformation practice helps clients digitally transform their business processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. As an IT Project Manager / Functional Lead, you will oversee end-to-end functional delivery, drive business process design, and lead change management activities. You will coordinate between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure solution adoption, seamless implementation, and measurable business impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead Dynamics 365 and PowerApps implementation projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Develop project plans, manage risks, and monitor progress using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
