·       Define roadmap, milestones, and governance model 

·       Define, plan, and execute program/project plans 

·       Direct large-scale technical projects with multiple stakeholders 

·       Manage application, data, and infrastructure migration projects 

·       Drive Agile release and sprint governance 

·       Build and manage program budgets and cloud spend tracking 

·       Run Steering Committees and executive reporting 

·       Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and mitigation strategies 

·       Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness 

·       Manage change, adoption, and training plans
