We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives in our clients. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of projects that span ERP (preferably SAP), e-commerce, mobile apps, POS, loyalty programs, and messaging platforms, ensuring seamless integration and business value.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver complex retail projects involving SAP (or satellite retail systems), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, mobile apps, Inventti messaging, Zanthus POS, and Maxxin loyalty solutions.

Define project scope, timelines, and KPIs while managing cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors).

Identify and mitigate risks, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with retail industry standards.

Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
