Job Duties Job Duties Information Technology Services (ITS) enables an environment where students, faculty and staff have the technologies, systems, services, and digital literacy to do their very best work while feeling engaged, supported, and empowered. As a key member of the ITS team and IT Project Management Office (ITPMO), the IT Project Manager is responsible for the direction coordination, execution, control, and completion of projects for Information Technology Services. The IT Project Manager is leading dynamic, highly driven teams consisting of technical experts, business representatives, and consultants while overseeing several projects in a broad spectrum of disciplines including:
  • implementation and integration of business systems and software (COTS and custom)

  • automation and process improvement
