IT Project Manager

VAT Group is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, multi-stream technology initiatives. In this role you will drive end‑to‑end delivery of key IT projects as a senior leader in project execution and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium- to large-scale IT projects across multiple business and IT streams.
• Manage diverse stakeholders at different levels, ensuring alignment, transparency, and structured communication.
• Oversee project planning, execution, governance, and quality assurance.

Cost & Execution Reporting

• Project Control (incl. Cost)
  • Ensure budget approval before project sourcing begins.
  • Monitor cost development throughout all project phases.
  • Compare budgeted vs. actual costs and explain variances.
