IT Project Management Specialist

Job Description

· Planning, controlling, and delivering projects to achieve success within the agreed Scope, Time, Cost, and Quality

· Develop the Project Charter and Business Case

· Identify Stakeholders, Project Sponsor, Steering Committee

· Assess feasibility, constraints, assumptions, and limitation

· Define Scope, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Timeline, Resource Plan

· Create a Risk Register and Mitigation Plan

· Develop a Communication Plan and Change Management Plan

· Lead cross-functional teams (Business, Developer, QA, Infra, Security, Vendor/Partner)

· Manage project execution according to plan and proactively resolve issues

· Coordinate with Vendors/Partners to monitor SOW, SLA, Milestones, and Payments

· Manage scope changes through the Change Control Board (CCB)

· Track project performance using Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Cost Performance Index (CPI)
