IT Project Coordinator - IV

The IT Project Coordinator - IV will play a key role within the Enterprise Technology and Services (ETS) PMO team, focusing on portfolio health reporting, governance, and operational activities. Reporting to the Director of ETS PMO Delivery, this position is responsible for providing essential support in project governance, reporting, and operational processes.

Operational Support:

• SharePoint Management: Oversee and manage the PMO SharePoint site, including access control and permissions.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for team members and contractors.
• Documentation Management: Develop and maintain ETS PMO-specific guidelines, onboarding documents, and training materials.
• Timesheet Compliance: Ensure that team members submit timesheets on time and escalate non-compliance.
