Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with IT leadership.
• Organize and track project activities, ensuring alignment between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, meeting notes, risk logs, and status reports.
• Facilitate regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Consolidate input from finance on actual project spend, update of financial forecast, and reporting of project budget status.
• Support identification and mitigation of project risks in collaboration with compliance and risk teams.
