Job Description

We are seeking an IT Project Buyer (M/F) to join our Procurement division. The primary focus of this role will be managing our software procurement portfolio.

Strategic Procurement & Planning

  • Lead IT procurement for related operational and capital expenses across regions.

  • Align procurement with business goals and technology roadmaps.

  • Support internal stakeholders in defining and formalizing their needs—from drafting specifications to negotiating and finalizing contracts—while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop sourcing plans for IT categories (e.g. telecommunications, consulting).

  • Manage the full sourcing lifecycle: identifying business needs, collaborating with internal teams, and negotiating complex contracts with key IT partners.
