Lead country-wide delivery of a strategic Core Banking transformation programme.Establish strong governance, programme controls, and executive reporting.Manage budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and vendor relationships.Drive stakeholder engagement across senior country, regional, and global leadership teams.Oversee solution implementation, data migration, UAT, business readiness, training, and cutover activities.Ensure regulatory, operational, and business requirements are successfully met.
