The IT Production Support Analyst delivers on-site Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the TTI Canada Service Repair Hub. This role ensures the stability and efficiency of technology used in a fast-paced, mission-critical production environment. Key responsibilities include incident management, PC and mobile device support, troubleshooting enterprise applications, and working closely with vendors and business partners to resolve technical issues.
The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a service-first mindset. They support shop-floor operations, contribute to continuous improvement, follow established IT processes, and participate in on-call rotations to maintain system uptime and operational continuity
